Gautam A. Bhatia

Gautam’s Media, Sales & IT career spans more than 5 years, during which he rode the wave of the internet boom from startup to public company at WATConsult, where he specialized in web 2.0 marketing & technology. He was part of the Founding team, Head of Operations, 2nd in command after CEO. His scope of work further included consulting companies on blog and web 2.0 marketing, conducting corporate 2.0 workshops, generating sales, heading operations, conceptualizing and implementing video shows, creating white papers, blogging about web and mobile trends. Gautam also has had a short stint with Lowe Lintas and Indian Market Research Bureau (IMRB). Gautam brings to Giira Yachts his entrepreneurial skills and lends his expertise in Business Development – online & offline. “I wanted to find a perfect place to balance my love of Internet technology with my taste for luxury..” says Gautam!

Meherzad K. Kajanwalla

Meherzad first discovered his passion for business when he started a small proprietorship selling chocolates & confectionary. His interest moved onto the finer things in life when he took up the position of the Sales and Marketing Head at Neo Gold, a company that holds monopoly exchange of gold in Dubai. He overlooked the sales & marketing of diamonds in India. Meherzad also put in time with Equity International L.L.C as Operations Head, managing the company’s major operations in India. He brings his experience of the hospitality industry by putting his people skills to good use at Giira Yachts. Being the youngest and the most enthusiastic, his interest in discovering new places & experiences keeps the interest and energy levels of the team high! Meherzad spends his Sundays sailing his model yacht in the Mumbai harbor, exploring weekend destinations and creating new dessert recipes!
